Hypospadias repair and dick knots?

Has anyone heard of a urethra breach that causes a knot on your dick when repaired? I have a large speed bump on the bottom of my dick in the middle. It gets grape size when I'm hard. Maybe some like it
I was born without a eurethra and my urine came out by my balls. It was recreated with many surgeries and skin grafts. My frenulum is under this skin grafted urethra so I get very pleasured in not normal ways from weird angles and pressures. It's a pain in the butt to deal with (or to receive) but interesting! Anyone else have similar??? I would love to chat as I have always been very self conscious about this and I struggle with showing myself the first time on the underside. @love2compare it's so cool we can relate! It's funny, I have the same smiley face when my dick is hard too. I pee the same and shot the same. I never knew anyone else with hypo. I was born in 78 and they didn't do skin grafts so well back then. They took my foreskin to repurpose for the eurethra too. They took some of my skin under my balls too. It was because I am so fair skinned the grafts failed surgery after surgery. My parents said they lost count between my birth and third grade. They even gave me medicine so I couldn't get up and walk and play as a kid during healing times. I had a catheters strapped to my leg so I wouldn't have to pee during that time as well. It totally sucked. However, my dick is less sensitive so my former wife and now my husband get the ride of their lives when I get on top. I have to power drive to cum but it is fun for one and all!
