I have not measured mine in a long time, its not anywhere as big as most you guys. Maybe 6 or 6.5 when I was younger and playing with it I thought is was kind of big for my body. I would not mind being a little bigger, I would like to try to shoot more, sustain longer have a shorter refacotry peroid
There are a lot of herbial things I can take to do that. I like of have to be careful cause I take antidepressants.
I am thinking about taking little doses of DHEA

Antidepressents will have an effect on your sexual drive and performance. Zinc does help. But too much zinc is harmful to you body. YOu would do better to eat lots of oysters and other seafood rather than take zinc tablets. But if you decide to take zinc tablets, take one a day for a week or so and then back off to one every day then one every three days. If taking the zinc tablets don't help, then zinc is not yout main problem and I wouldn't take zinc tablet more than once or twice a week. It can be toxic.

About the herbial options. Remember they are medicenes in natural form. They have side effects just like drugs do. And some of them interact with presciption drugs. Check them out and make sure there is no interaction between them and your antidepressent.

druginfonet.com is a web site that you can find your medications and find out all about what they do and don't do. I would check this out. If you don't find it there.
a google search will find it, but if you know the brand name rather than just the generic name. it will help. www.mayoclinic.com also gives some information. There are many other sites that give drug information. Yahoo Healh Encylopedia also is a good site. I don't know the exact web site address for it.

Good luck.
