I've noticed that my nipples are horribly disfigured and gross for a guy (at least to me). They look swollen and stretched out all the time. I'm currently trying to lose a lot of weight so I'm wondering if my size is the issue, but I don't know how they got this way. Is there a way to correct this before resorting to surgical procedures?
I like them. Could you be more specific about how you would like them to look?

I would like them to be much smaller and not so puffy. I feel like my nipples look like a woman's nipples which is embarrassing and not attractive.
