I'm laughing because this is an iconic classic.
So this video originated from Sean Cody, and known as "Horse Hung". Back then, this was his only known work. The full video is available all over:

Then, God bless us all, he resurfaced YET AGAIN, and this time revealed his face! He went by the stage name Justin Master, and did a video for DirtyTony:
