Looking for advice to refine my loose daily regimen...

Got a nice Thickwall Cylinder pump (Penis Pump Enlargement Kit - Thickwall Cylinders Ltd), with two tubes:
  • main one is length-focused: 9" long with about 1/8" clearance all around my shaft (easily pack the girth).
  • second is girth-focus: 9" long but the "next possible size up" for diameter (rarely use it- edema is the main result).
Also have the AutoX Sleeve kit (Penis Stretcher Products & Natural Penis Enlargement without Pills), and use it to:
  • hang weight (~6lbs) using the suction bell-shaped cap,
  • always wear the medium silicone sleeve with the 14oz weighted end-piece (to stay/heal fully extended)
My (loose, flexible) routine:
  1. Wear my sleeve at almost all times- even sleeping.
  2. Weight-hanging for 1-2 hours, most days(do it while studying or watching tv)... upside: don't need to be aroused... downside: requires that i stay standing as weight hangs too low to sit).
  3. Pumping (later in day, usually at night as part of jacking off before shower/bed)

  • been doing it for 10-30 minutes, with bried massage/jelq breaks every 10 minutes for circulation.

Thoughts/Questions:
  • Whats the definitively ideal time spent pumping daily?? Ive heard everything from 10 minutes to hours-long marathon sessions suggested for daily practice...
  • I've noticed its more difficult to get/stay rock-hard... buuuut could be mostly due to chronic school anxiety/stress, and an admitted porn-dependency...
  • Speaking of which: Arousal for pumping?? Pumping seems to require at least initial partial arousal, which for me means porn (perpetuating my dependency on it). Do I need to stay aroused the entire session? Seems sad, pulling out and jelqing a rapidly diminishing softy.... but staying mentally "in the game" for longer sessions is grueling, and excludes the chance to multitask with studying...
  • Thoughts/experience with adding the "Angion Method?" (
    )- find its frustratingly difficult to stay hard for long, as required.

Gains so far (~1 year):
Unpumped- solid 0.5" length gain... 6.5" non-bp to 7" non-bp;
Pumped- noticeably thicker... am getting ~0.8" away from end of 9" tube

This is quite similar to my loose regimen.

I pump just supplementally. I don’t think you really get much permanent gains, but I think it helps stretch and force blood flow to aid growth from all the other stuff

I’m a believer in clamping. I think it delivers a good expansion from your own blood supply without as much edema. Basically force your erection bigger by not letting any blood out

I hang about 10lbs for an hour or two and use a rubber strap all day stretcher (exercise band with a noose) to heal while extended

I been trying for years but didn’t achieve gains since I started all the above. I got similar gains to yours in length. Girth is more difficult imo. Only a legit .25” bigger around during a break from routine

I was using porn too, but I quit. Much better erection during the workouts now. I still watch it on occasion. I highly recommend doing without for the most part

I've read that clamping builds up scar tissue that impedes future growth... sacrificing future gains for more impressive gains up-front. I'd rather play the long game if that's the case...

Hmmmm that's discouraging to hear, about your lack of gains over "years".... someone who's gained multiple inches, who informed my existing regimen, told me to measure every 6 months and if there's absolutely no visible increase, I'm "doing something wrong."

I like the sleeve- and I've been told it's pretty much requisite to lock in gains from PE- keeping it extended all the time so it heals that way.

I've seen PE equated in here to building muscle, but dick isn't muscle, it's erectile tissue and ligament... I imagine a better analogy is earlobe-gauging; requires constant strain on the tissues to get them to adapt. Remove the strain and tissue starts reverting.

The bulge is a bit awkward tho- all my pants and shorts are kinda tight

It’s really only the last couple years I’ve felt like I kinda knew what I was doing more and more

I worry that I did toughen up my dick and made it difficult to stretch and expand. It takes only a few pounds of pressure for me to stretch past my max length by a quarter inch or more, so that’s where I try to keep it for as much of the day as I can

It should never hurt or sting- if it does, you're doing it wrong and in danger of causing permanent damage. Listen to your body- if it hurts, back the pressure off a bit until it doesn't.

Hey, I started stretches a few months ago and the experts say you should be reclined with your legs up so you can stretch the ligament. You would be amazed how much more effective it is.
