Ignoring the fact that he didn't know how to express it well, it's most likely that he's using that for work, the story before that was uploaded behind the scenes of a photoshoot.

lol he’s not 16, he’s pretty much joking in that story for a couple reasons:

a) he’s not a vegan since he shares some of his diet and it involves meat
b) he’s been working out for over a year now, maybe even two
c) he’s around 19-20 but his looks are deceiving
