Increasing the head size

Just had a girth perm filler enlargement procedure, which grew the girth of the shaft. Is there a way or technique to make the head bigger, without injury or affecting sensitivity? I'm thinking maybe a pump?

Lip fillers, there some places in the US that do HA injections, also PLA. One is more permanent than the other (lasts longer) and over time you get permanent gains. There is a risk when you inject into were blood flows, Clotting. Your penis is not the same as lips regarding blood flow.
