Is a Tracking Number Important to you when ordering a Toy?

Hi Everyone

In the past week, we've started shipping out our LPSG Toys. We are very excited about this. That said we are learning a lot about shipping a product. This is all new to us.

We wanted to hear from you. When you order a toy(s) how important is a tracking number to you?

I'm gunna say "It would be very nice", but not essential, although it did happen with my order and I was able to redirect delivery to my convenience. I guess If I'd had no tracking number alert - I would have had a 15 mile round trip to collect it. Perhaps I'm upgrading my answer to 'Essential', lol

With any ordered products, be it from here or wherever else online you might patronize, it's helpful to determine the status of the order, be it packed at the warehouse, in transit to location of the delivery and timetable.

If I order something online and I don't get a tracking number/shipping confirmation, I'm either canceling the order, or calling my credit card and saying charge back for fraud. It's a requirement these days.
