I still think it's extreme, especially when it comes to two gay men. I'm not judging, I'm just saying about something harmful to the health of the body, especially since not everyone is properly prepared for this type of sexual practice.
The issue is that pornography has become popular, so studios are unfortunately releasing increasingly extreme scenes to avoid losing viewers, but for many people, this has had the opposite effect. I know several people who are stopping watching movies because they contain extreme scenes. I believe that people will increasingly seek out niches.
Another point is that people should be less impressionable. The public copies a lot of what is released in the media, from clothes, haircuts, perfumes to sexual practices. The fact that something appears in the media does not necessarily mean that it is something good, but many people are easily influenced.
I believe that people should think carefully before trying something different, because sometimes people do things in the heat of the moment and/or encouraged by others and then they bitterly regret them.
