Body-wise, I guess Alessandro Cavagnola has done porn if you count the BDSM vid where he's partly masked. He was still a bit slimmer back then though. Face-wise, I don't know. Gay porn seems to favour pretty faces (even for daddies and jocks) rather than the beefy caveman features of Ferrigno.
