I don't know if the person was the owner but I do know the photo was REAL, I've been around long enough to know real from fake photos

The light source may be coming from the lower left of the frame; notice the shadow of the hip on the arm.

But still, there are a lot of really odd proportions that heavily suggest the image is altered.

There's just something "off" about it that suggests a photoshop morph. Tons of PS morphs are out there.
