in his case, it doesn’t really matter. He was very accepting of our community and saw the opportunity to attract more of his fanbase. But for other people who have onlyfans and “act gay” on tiktok it’s problematic I find.

No he said it himself he does it because he knows his target audience. He didn't start doing it until gays started flooding his page. He's queer baiting plain and simple.
