I tried searching on Amazon and Rainbow Shoppers, but neither had it. The Japanese HUNK website is selling digital copies in 1080p quality but since you can only buy those if you're in Japan, I think I'm out of luck. The English HUNK website only has it in 480p quality, which is such a rip-off.
