Joe D'Allesandro

And a few extra shots from his 1960s modeling days (apologies if there are any repeats here from Pecker's list, but there are just soooo many photos of this guy!) :biggrin1:

Joe seemed to be naked far more than he was ever clothed in all the Warhol movies, which made it so impossible to watch them without getting an erection

Thanks Pecker and alex.

I thought I'd seen all Joe's nudes... but WHOA!

I have a colored series (maybe 8 in all) of photos I bought at a flea market about 5 years ago which show Joe totally erect and in full color. They're professional shots and I've never seen them anywhere on the internet. If I can find where I put them I'll post them here.

Thanks again guys. That black and white series you found, Pecker, from the French site is unknown to me.

Btw- Joe did a bit part in "The Cotton Club" playing, I believe, a gangster.

The dude was an icon for gay men during the early days of the Gay Rights Movement. All hail Joe!

I happily withdraw my "ick" after seeing those other photos. I just didn't dig the Fabio look in that first link.

Oh good.

To many Joe's signature "locks" were as sexy as the rest of his physical person. Rent "Trash" and have a gander.

Little Joe never once gave it away
Everybody had to pay and pay
A hustle here and a hustle there
New York City's the place where they say,
Hey babe, take a walk on the wild side
I said, Hey Joe
Take a walk on the wild side

He was pretty nice, but I think Don Johnson was hotter street trash in those days.

Stronzo, checked him out and even some of his films, you are so right, he is a hottie, wish he was around more to disprove Andy Warhol's 15 minutes of fame comment, but that would be way too ironic, I guess.

I had those stills of the bj but didn't post them. As for the grainy, hand-cranked quality of the vid, you'd expect to see the original Little Egypt come wriggling by.

I agree that the clip is far from wonderful quality, but it's fairly typical of an over-played 8mm loop from the 1960s. The very fact that they played in looped sequence, endlessly over and over again, made certain of their swift demise quality-wise. I can also think of entire features from around the same period that are equally troubled (the XXX-feature Widow Blue from 1971 [featuring an early John Holmes appearance] contains large sequences that were cut out and used as loops, so that the only surviving version looks like it was left out in the rain for a month; or The Horny Vampire from 1970, missing two entire reels and most of the sex footage!). When it comes to a history of celluloid porn, I'm usually pretty happy when I find any material... but I certainly take your point that it looks like it could well be from 1910!

Glad I could "turn you on" to 'Little Joe'.

Joe's ancestry: Half Italian and half Swedish from what I've heard. Nice mix.

Has Warhol's Blow Job (1963) ever appeared on the web?
I've often read about it, never seen it.
One review suggested it was tedious, which I don't doubt ... I mean, a 41-minute reaction shot is long, no matter what the situation.
But still, I'm curious about it.
