There was a time I thought I would never be able to perform a Snatch ever again. In 2014 I tore my labrum in my shoulder and had surgery. I said goodbye to my favorite lift… catching a barbell overhead at the bottom of a squat is one of the best feelings in the world. 9 years of strengthening and easing into things and my shoulder finally feels super strong and even though it’s not “back to normal”… we’re making it work.
