I read an article that suggested that men either like to hold their balls or have someone else hold their balls while falling asleep. I had never heard of this before. I tried it the other night, but I did not fall asleep as fast as the article suggested. I was just curious if any of you men out there actually do this or have tried it? If so, do you agree that it helps you fall asleep faster?
