I don't know of any gay porn sites operating in foreign countries that restrict content to US-based users (except those in states affected by age laws). The US, Canada, and the EU (especially Western EU) are the markets with most customers willing to pay for porn (and having the income to pay for it).

But yeah, PinkX's streaming rights are limited to the EU, so your IP address has to be from there. They use SegPay, though, so there are no problems accepting US-issued cards. Note that they feature a lot of American-made porn from the big studios, but they also regularly program French porn to cater to the home audience.
