Guys pls help me

1. I want to know if im doing this correctly. I read how to do kegel. Do you all also raise your balls and penis while you kegel? I cannot do it without also raising my balls. Am I doing it correctly?

2. Erections. Do you guys also have a harder cock when you do a kegel while being erect? My penis is like 95% hard, cockhead a little shrunken. Unless I do a kegel. Then it increases in size for a second, then goes back down when i loosen the kegel. Which pretty much means i have to kegel while fuckgin otherwise i cant cum.

It is normal for the balls to twitch and lift when you do a kegel. It’s to be expected. It exercises the balls muscles, anus, and all the muscles of the pelvic floor.
