These are full movies, not streams. .rar is a compressed format, and there are a number of free programs which will open it as a .mpeg or .avi

Depending on the size of the file and the speed of your internet connection, the files will take a while to download, but you can always get on with something else while it is downloading. If you want streams, then I cannot help

Fair enough, but the viruses and malware are usually present much earlier in the chain. It's your call, at the end of the day. I'm a Mac user, so most of the crap that's out there to trap users has no effect on the OS. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
