Lady Gaga's Babylon Is A Madonna's Vogue Rip-off?

I was listening to Lady Gaga's new album and on my initial listen the tracks that really stand out is Alice, Replay, Sour Candy and Babylon. Really don't care much for the other tracks but hey this is my opinion and I am sure that you have your favs as well. However I am certain Gaga was imitating / trolling Madonna with Babylon. I mean the song songs remarkably similar to Vogue.
