First off, welcome to the board brah! Enjoy yer stay. As for yer question, research kegals. Also, learn to edge yerself. Edging is jerkin off a bit, then stopping. Jerk off, stop. That should help a lot. I'm assuming by yer username that yer 14, yah? As you get older, yer endurance will increase. Stay stoked brah! Once again, welcome to LPSG!

Well I have a great practice that you can read up on and try its really great and it works... its called Taoism and is a practice that is beyond belief! Take it from me its a mind blowing experience! I got into Tai Chi and my instructor told me about Taoism and it is a wonderfull experience! Jose'Latinoboy9

There are other threads that have dealt with this subject. Hunt around for a similar subject, but I had added that my method discovered by accident when I was 14 is the reverse Kegel. If you cannot find enough about that to experiment, write me. Works to stop ejaculation stone dead and continue when you wish for as long as you wish.

Id say my erection duration is rare. I can go for long periods of time without orgasming due to the fact that my penis is not that sensitive (which is either good or bad at times). My longest erection was probably in the 8 hr range, and during that time I achieved orgasm about 3 times (one was weak). As for increasing duration I would recommend practice with edging and learning not to always cum when you are close to orgasm. You can also try to mix in random thoughts during sex to try to eliminate some of the mental aspect of ejaculation.

Strangely enough, my time varies. I can get off quick or take forever. If I'm a "top" I take forever to ejaculate. But then, there those quickies in my car in the parking lot that take about 1.5 minutes.

Try going a bit slower.

Someone mentioned about a reverse Kegel. Would that be where you fight to resist clenching the PC muscle which initiates the orgasm? I notice that if I can not tense it, I can hold of an orgasm for a while.

Taoism is an ancient Chinese Philosophy that has greatly influenced culture and religion for thousands of years. Taoists studied nature and the universe and set down fundamental principles such as yin/yang and the five phases of universal change a.k.a. the five elements. In their studies they learned a great deal about the human body and energy system and developed movement, breathing, and meditation exercises that were known as Taoyin and are now called Qigong (Chi Kung). These exercises can be used to improve health, athletic performance, spiritual enlightenment, the body's ability to heal and prevent illness and injury, and increase longevity and last but not least increase virility and sexual performance. The skills and control one gains over the mind and body via these practice can be very impressive. Much of it takes time and consistent practice to see some of the best benefits but even in the early stages of practice one can see improvements in most any thing they apply its principles to.
I know all of this because I am a modern Taoist and a certified Qigong instructor.

So, this is best to go to someone and learn versus reading? I know martial arts work that way with the internal component of the training.

Practice self control while masterbating. Start, stop, start stop. You'll learn how to control your stimulation with time.

BUT, if your in a pinch, try a little ora-gel (numbs toothache pain and your dick head) thought my friend was kidding and I needed to perform like a champ in college, so I tried it once. Lasted 1.5 hrs of hard fucking. I could hardly walk the next day. She couldn't either.. LOL
