Just seen this so he didn't actually have aids from the clip I saw he had HIV and was on meds that's how he found out I don't think he was trying to give him aids because he will of been on ART meds and undetectable. However he didn't disclose he had HIV which is fucked up, I personally wouldn't date someone with HIV undetectable or not... just not for me.

Just curious as a British person is it illegal not to disclose if you have HIV, it's not a criminal offence here which I find wrong
