It probably depends on the locker room, but generally its fine to wander around naked, I do it all the time. I sometimes get some lingering looks and occasionally some straight guys look annoyed that a hung guy is showing off, but no one says anything.

Before there were cameras everywhere, when I was a young athlete, nobody wore towels in the locker rooms. They just walked around naked. We even did swim class in high school naked. This was 1970s-80s. Then by the mid-90s the towels started to become a part of the regalia. Cruising for sex was common but discreetly done. It's expeted. The gym i go to it's normal to be nude from locker to sauna, steam room to shower. In fact it's open shower stalls, no privacy. Hardons happen all the time. The prudes are easy to spot. Haven't seen any cameras though.

I'm hung, I know I am, but I don't need to walk from my locker to the shower to prove it.
