Would recommend Buzz Gym at Cannon Street. Pretty cheap, great gym and equipment, 24h open. Changing rooms have plenty of space to show off + male only sauna at the end of the showers where there’s a fair amount of exhibitionism during off peak hours.

I went to oasis for the first time today - was good fun in the changing room. Walked around naked for a while taking a long time to get dressed/showered.

Yeah dude it can be a bit hit and miss. I find best times are early morning (before 7am), midday around 12-2pm, and otherwise late like 7:30pm onwards though riskier as more crowded then.
