If you look closely, a large part is copied and duplicated. So it's photoshopped.
If one resets the double part, the original could have looked something like the picture on the right.

I just realized that there was even one more C&P left in it, so the poor guy is losing another 1-2 cm or so...LOL

Sadly the photo has been EDITED.
Back in the day, when these sort of pics found there way onto LPSG, I posted of pic of mine Edited as an example of what to look for.
My Real pic, then my edited pic & that is the only image of mine that has been edited .
