I've lost the original videos but if it helps out there were 3 videos of him and his friends messing around on that street. One of them was him pulling out his dick and getting his dicked kicked by his friend and the other was of him just pulling out his dick and them laughing.

by the looks of the other 2 videos it seems like all three were Instagram stories. the other two are not that interesting and are really short- that vid is the only good one. Also if its not obvious they are japanese.
