its a young man's union suit. A type of one piece long underwear that typically come with either a flap or a slit to access the behind. Usually comes in red, white or grey. Anywhere that sells outdoorsman clothes or workingmans clothes should have one.

I'm sure there are any number of gayed up version you could buy for a premium price...save the money and look at Amazon.
