Lube- how much does one need?

In my sharing happy thread in the group, I mentioned a new sweetie.

Well, new sweetie is adventurous, and I'm needing some lube.

I might just go with olive oil, or coconut oil. But if I did go commercial, what size container should I be scoping for anal and possibly vaginal fisting?

My own lubrication is typically adequate.

I'm eyeing Sliquid Organics aloe and flax. It's available in 2 and 8 oz bottles.

Go big?

Go big, you can always wipe lube off. Start with too little lube and the mood/your parts might not recover.

Coconut oil is great for lube and the skin.

I like to mix coconut and almond oil for basically everything they can be used for, and lubricating sexy times is one of those many uses. I always get the biggest containers I can, because I use it 'em lot, for lots of different things.

Since coconut oil kills bacteria, it can kill too much of the good bacteria and mess up the vaginal pH. There are so many great lubes out there. My personal favorite is a silicone free hybrid that is a creamy, slippery, silky concoction that has some coconut oil in it.

It's also hard for mucous membranes to slough off oil in the self cleansing process of the vagina.

Oh that lubricant I was describing is called JO Silicone Free Hybrid. I've needed lube since I was a teenager and that is by far the best in my opinion.

When I have fisted someone we actually had a gallon/whatever (I'm not great at estimating volume for that kinda thing) sized tub of lube that we used to keep a pump top bottle topped off. It was water based lube, though I can't recall the brand. I've had good luck with Maximus water based, but it can get a little sticky depending on what you're doing. If you're okay with silicone based, I like one named Gun Oil.

Although I've plenty of my own lube commercial lube is a must for me if I'm having a marathon session with my guy. we usually use a product called liquid silk from love honey, it's about the best I've come across for a water based lube. I only really do anal with other guys as hubby's too big for comfort, I find a cream based lube better for my bottom.
