Hey, could someone please advise me on how to get more defined? I went to the gym for six months but paused for the last two, and my body looks the same as before. It’s so frustrating. I always see people online with defined bodies, and I want that too, but I don’t have the endurance to keep up (ADHD). I get bored easily and don’t want to waste my time on workouts that don’t seem to help. What should I do? Should I go to the gym more or try different types of training? Or should I just stay as I am? I feel like I don’t fit into the body culture of gay men and see myself as chubby. Can you recommend something?
