Hello ! I’ve been looking for a place to discuss male fertility and size and this sounds like it may be the place. It’s surprisingly easy to find ways to suppress fertility but not heavily increasing it.

I’d like to list out together what works and what may not. And how it may relate to being more well endowed.

I’ll update this list with any advice or corrections. Appreciate any feedback in advance !

(As a note too, you’ll want to start changes 3 months in advance before you may see any progress. The older you are the more this matters).

Volume:

1. Drink lots of water. It doesn’t increase the amount of actual semen but it does increase the amount of liquid.
2. Hold off for weeks, only cumming for pregnancy during peaks. That means no more porn, no more masturbating. I’ve heard this doesn’t matter as you only need a few days to cum but it has helped me a lot with volume. Probably the biggest factor if you currently do not do this.

Personally, just these two things increased my volume quite a bit. It used to be only 4-5 shots but now it is more like a stream.

Quality:

1. Avoid heat as much as possible. Those boxers that have a pouch are terrible for fertility.

Skip hot showers or steam.

Don’t sit too much all day, get a standing desk if you work a desk job.

Preferably wear just baggy pants and no boxers. Personally I did have to adjust to this as I’m 8” soft, and if you’re well endowed too, you may be worried about too much visibility or a slapping sound. Wear darker sweat pants and if you’re running then wear at least loose boxers to muffle.
2. Work out with resistance training. Join a sport. Get out more. Generate more natural testosterone. It helps you gain muscle and testosterone is key for male fertility.
3. Make sure to sleep well as it’s needed for all your body’s functions, including reproduction.
4. Lose excess weight if you have it.
5. Don’t drink or smoke.

Sex:

1. Make sure your partner cums. I’ve heard it helps with pregnancy chances but even if it does not it is just polite.
2. Do cardio. It will help you last longer and have stronger erections.
3. Stay in her for a few minutes after. Just kissing and holding each other. Give time for the semen to fully enter her.

Foods:

1. Are there any foods or supplements that people have found really work ? I’ve heard of zinc, that just nuts and seeds are good overall, but cannot tell how much it has helped.
2. Any foods to avoid ? Soy, milk, as it may cause too much estrogen.

For women:

If you know any tips for women in particular let me know I can put them here.

For well endowed men:

1. There’s a theory that more well endowed men push their competitors sperm away. Is it possible well endowed men can accidentally displace their own ? I am just under 9.5” personally and worried (hopefully irrationally worried) it could accidentally displace.
2. If you’re interested in making sure your potential son is hung does anyone have advice ? Or is it purely genetics ?
 
Everything you said jives with all that I've read. My interest has been in increasing cum volume without regard for sperm quantity or quality since I'm not planning on fathering children.

I think the general rule for increasing sperm health is to keep the balls cool. I don't think quantity of semen has much to do with achieving fertilization. Ejaculation strength might be a factor, though, so kegel excersises might help to shoot those little guys closer to their target.

I have always wondered about the science to ensure that a potential son is nicely endowed.

1. Food in general is great for fertility there is no food that will cause a better fertility, it is purely on having a greatly balanced nutrition for the body to have an also greatly balanced and maybe even accelerated fertility or overall body process.

The soy milk theory is proven to not be real, it is only a fear tactic that has been used by men an d women that want to profit from men taking more supplements, going on courses and stuff like that. The studies shows that for Soy to produce an unbalanced affecting estrogen level, you need to consume soy milk in not only a daily basis but also in HUGE amounts (literally drinking git as if it was water) and HIGHLY concentrated soy, that is not impossible for the soy milk and supplements in the market, and even less, your fertility will not be affecred enough to not have a kid, after all you can get somebody pregnay with just drop of semen.

3. No the "semen displacement" theory is also cheap marketing and for it to be real humans need to be emotionally and physically disordered enough to have an effect.

4. No you can't make sure your son will be hung, jusy like you cant make sure your kid can have certain genitalia, it is all in genetic and the body choices that we have no control over, you should find out if a big dick size runs in your family and your partner's family to have a 97% confirmation of his future dick size. ¿May I ask why you want your son to be hung?

To answer your question I’d like my sons to be at least my size (~8” soft and ~9.5” hard) as from what I have heard other guys aren’t happy with theirs. Or they have trouble pleasing their partner sometimes. It’s nice being able to give your partner a deep massage that can help them relax and enjoy themselves.

Not that other guys can’t do this , or aren’t able to please their partners. I don’t mean to suggest that. But that it maybe doesn’t work the same way from what I’ve heard

How do you know you need keegles ? I don’t think I have trouble getting deep enough and don’t think I need more power behind it besides that. What should you be able to do ?

This is more of a porn dominated part of society that is simply ridiculous online personalities.
The "having problems" and "not being happy" are both things that have to do with the mind, if you really care about that, you should better prepare to educate your sons into knowing that size is not important and they should not feel bad about it before they start watching porn and becoming anxious about which is what has been reported in the studies made to see why men feel this way, simply a made up worry they made in their teenage years after being exposed to porn.

Not to offend but seems like you also been too exposed to these ideas you're also already making a lot of expectations that are kinda really specific and personal over future children you don't know you'll have which is really what ends up killing parent/child relationships , I'd recommend to change and learn before becoming a parent. As someone who lived both perspectives, and I'm also a teacher.

I agree, I don’t mean to say size is all that matters. That’s silly to say. I just hope the best for them and their partner and would think they’d both be happier with that. It’s not the be all or end all, but just something that if I can somehow help prepare now then I would. Either way it’s just one of many things to do.
 
"semen displacement" to stop this, stop thrusting when/as you cum and deposit your semen in your spouse. The deeper the better, According to the Doctor we had when we where trying to have our second child.

I am sorry, may I ask why are boxers with pouch particularly bad, and if I can´t go commando what underwear do you reccomend?
 
I've had my family and not looking to have any more children, but I am trying to increase testosterone and sperm. My doctor has me on T and Pregnyl injections. Pregnyl helps a man produce T and sperm on his own. I have been shooting blanks for years but still have sensations when I cum. But there's nothing like thick sperm filling the urethra and flooding out.

As I remember that is what my doctor told me. You can have T injections but that will always be an outside source. He said Pregnyl helps a man's body produce its own T and increase sperm count. I'm getting both through injections once a month.
 
Endowment size is often obtained from the mothers paternal side with shape and proportions from the dads genetics, all depending of course on dominant genes overall- if large on both sides youre like going to be larger. It’s possible if your dad is hung huge, but your maternal male family members are small, you may get a good ol average sized penis. Its not well studied…yet lol.

Heat wrecks sperm quality. If your testes are too close to the body when they should not be, they are getting more heat than they should.
I understand that part, but I thought boxers with poaches helped the testicles stay away from the body keeping them cooler, at least that´s what I was told, so it´s actually the opposite?
