I can confirm the previous comment about Fitness First in Covent Garden/London - that was my home gym for ages. Seen it all go on in the men only sauna. It's at the end of the showers, so easy to stop if you need. Seen staff, mates, and porn stars all get off in there.

Also in Covent Garden 'proper' - above the market is Jubilee Hall....has a men only sauna just outside the bank of shower cubicles. It's by lockers, so it's more exposed. that said, stuff goes on in there too - it's got large gay client base.

The 'saunas' I want to go to (as in gay saunas) won't running their sauna/steam rooms. they will be open but those facilites won't be. It will be in June if things go to plan.

I can confirm you are wrong. All Sauna's will reopen on Monday 17th May 2021 (inclding gay style saunas with steam room)

Both sweatbox and pleasuredrome won't be opening...gosh now that I think about it there are so few gay sauna left in London. Chariots went into liquidation a few months back

The venues may be allowed to open on that date, but not all of them will be opening and many will NOT be allowed to turn on their steam and sauna rooms. That's what I was getting at. Pleasuredrome and Sweatbox will not be opening until June when they can have all the facilities running. The Covent Garden Health Spa has been open for awhile now but its steam and sauna rooms are not turned on.

Adding a screenshot from squirt which is a comment from the Locker Room sauna manager - the Locker Room will open on May 17th, but without the steam/sauna rooms turned on.

'Proper' sauna spaces may be operating differently, the Porchester Spa will have their steam and sauna running but limited numbers inside. Gay saunas have a different operating / business license (sex on premises) so that's probably why they cannot have those particular faculties running for the time being.

While I was typing the above comment, Pleasuredrome has posted on Facebook they will be opening on May 26th.

That is why I specified gay saunas in my initial post!

In any case, there will be restrictions in using whatever steam and sauna facilities open tomorrow - most likely 50% capacity only. As are as I know, my gym won't have the saunas open but it is starting classes again.

To me all Saunas are the same. It's like saying Saunas are open if you are 19 but not if you are 20. Pointless system but at least things are moving the right direction. My gym sauna will open tomorrow unconditionally but it's right in the city so who will visit the gym if all the city boys are workig from home? Ill find out tomorrow.

Pretty much so but Canary Wharf also has a large Male ony Sauna and Steam Room in the changing room but it's a special club. You can only sign up and use this club only. Lots of fit men there but t the moment its dead.

I thought if your Nuffield membership was with City then you have platinum status therefore can use any Nuffield providing its not one that’s linked to a company eg Deutsche Bank employees have exclusive access to Nuffield on the corner of Blomfield Street and New Broad Street?

Chigwell Nuffield has a steam room inside it’s changing rooms.

Canary Wharf used to have a 'Reebok' gym - it was huge and very swish. I think it might be branded as Third Space now. It had big showers (cubicles) but also men only steam and saunas. My mate got me guess passes a few times and we spent more time hanging out totally naked in the wet areas than in the gym. It was really nice there.

Have been enjoying Fitness First gyms in Central London recently - Cottons Building and Baker Street. Saunas and steam rooms are mixed in those branches but can still be pretty cruisey. The showers though.... Frosted glass cubicles that go transparent when there's water on them, always guys hanging around in the cubicles furthest from the entrance and fun to be had. Sometime five or six guys at a time. I guess those of us who enjoy showing off like that tend to be bigger in general because most of the cocks have been well above average and a few monsters. Really fucking hot.

Anyone got favourite Fitness First branches? (i've seen Covent garden mentioned.) A bunch of us could have meet in the steam room or showers, have some fun and make the regulars feel inadequate...
