Tbh, Basement Sauna is your best bet (weekends are best). Had some food fun there.
The canals and pathways by the river are quite cruisy after dark, but I honestly don’t recommend them - too many dodgy characters/attacks.
I haven’t lived in Manchester for a long time though, so I don’t know if there are any new areas.
