Manzilian Wax

Hey guys, what's your experience of doing a manzilian wax at a salon?
It was painful to the very end. Bless the esthetician who did it to me—I almost kneed her several times.
I was completely hairless for about three weeks before it started growing back.
I don't do it anymore. I prefer to get sugared instead. Same outcome, less pain.

I have mine waxed every 7th week. It's painful, but quite ok. It gets so smooth.

I had a waxing experience in Palm Springs that was not painful at all. It was a guy who rented a space in a storefront spa. In it, there were rooms for manicures, manicures, etc. I arrived and the receptionist sent for him. He came to the front and guided me into a small room toward the back. I was there to get my pubes, butt and crack waxed. I had never experienced the hard wax before, having usually had the kind where the hair is ripped off by a small piece of muslin cloth, so this was new. I stripped off everything below the waist, lay down on the table and he began with the front. The wax was warm when applied and it dried pretty quickly. He then gently began peeling off the wax and voila, the hair was gone without the pain of the rip. He was very detailed and got every spot of hair on my groin and at the base of my penis. I erected and he said that it is usually easier for the waxer if the person is erect, because it makes getting to the hair easier. I was happy to oblige. After he had finished, he rubbed lotion into the areas he had done, which was very soothing. He turned be over and began with the ass and crack, which was pretty easy. I got on all fours, as he needed to get into the recesses of my asscrack. There was no pain at all.

My waxer at home has started to use the same technique with the hard wax. The only difference in the two is that when I am on all fours, this waxer holds onto my privates as he applies the wax, so none drips onto delicate areas. He also spends more time with applying the lotion, especially in the crack area, since it is the most sensitive.

In all, if you are getting a wax, the hard wax is much better than the old ripping method. Sugaring works much the same as the hard wax. They will cause much less pain and you will be very smooth and clean.

I`ve never been hard during av waxsession. I do think that's very uncommon.

Are you implying I'm a wuss?

Just messing. :)

The waxing I did was indeed the muslin method. I think the experience soured my impression of anything waxing-related that's why I warmed up (pun not intended) to sugaring a lot easier.

Been at it for years, every 6 weeks like clock work, when I am in Florida for the winter I go to Bear Wax in Wilton Manor and here I go to a private shop after hours to have it done, no pain, but maybe I am used to it? cock, balls, cheeks, crack, and lift the pube line, hell I have been getting it done so long seldom will you even find a hair on my nuts, they have just about gotten all the roots.
Love the feel, shaving is no comparison, as they say, as smooth as a baby's ass lol

I’ve done it a bunch and I find only the pubes above your penis are painful. The warm wax feels really good on your shaft, and this usually makes me get hard. I even came a few times from it!
The warm wax also feels really good on your ass crack!!

I have only had this done a few times (by Jack Dunn in fact coincidentally - the practitioner in the YouTube video) and each time I get terrible spots in the follicles and yes I do exfoliate etc. By the time they have healed up the hair has started to regrow - so hardly seems worth it.

Not at a salon, but my partner and I do each other every 3 - 4 weeks. Hurts like hell the first couple of times, but really not bad any more. Been doing it for well over a year now and get really good results after a bit of practice, learning good after care is vital to stopping ingrown hairs and bumps etc. Much much cheaper as well.

I did it once when on vacation. Painful haha. But the waxer was so amazed of how big I was he told me i could always come back and get a "discount as big as that thing..." haha, never did tho.

I got my area lasered. Four treatments, the fifth might be the last, sixth for sure.

well i did laser many years ago, had maybe 6 'regular' sessions and another 4 or 5 'follow-ups' and there is some hair that just won't give up. that's why i wax every 4 weeks. i know the overall growth is knocked way down because of the laser but my testosterone levels are driving new growth (i think?)...

If you're young that is a definite possibility. Newer machines also work way better especially on light and/or fine hairs.
