It would have been better if he had placed that blue-collar measuring tape right on his "limb", trying to make both (the "limb" and the tape) as straight as possible... looking for the straightness of a straight line, like this, we would know for sure the length of that thing, which in itself can already be seen to be enormous. Every penis has a true length (from the base to the tip, where the urethral meatus is) and also it has a penetrable length (the number of true cm that can effectively enter the hole...) which means say that there are a few cm that will be left out.-
