My question to all the women is that my wife and I don't have sex often. We usually will have sex few times every few months. I tend to JO when I have the desire. Will women resort to masterbation if they don't have sex and are horny? We are both in our early 40s.

Will I masturbate if I'm horny and am not in the mood to have sex or I'm unable to have sex? Yes.

Will other women pleasure themselves if they are comfortable doing so and want to? Yes.

I don't think you're actually asking about other women though, I think you're asking if your wife masturbates rather than has sex with you.

That depends entirely on her mood, desire, effort etc. Getting yourself off is a lot easier than sex. It's something that can be done quickly, efficiently and without the added effort of having to worry about another person.

She could also be someone who doesn't want to get off.

That is something you ask HER. Not something you ask strangers on the net about a generalized opinion of all women.
