Always makes me laugh when gym influencers post shit like this on insta- “70% is in the kitchen, 30% in the gym” utter bollocks
….diet is important but you won’t look like that from just a few workouts a week. Plus let’s not forget he was hospitalised a while back for his heart so has probably meddled with steroids…he was pretty slim when he started out as a diver so to pack that much muscle on….all insta muscle guys lie about juicing
He's from the last season of MAFS UK. Came across as pretty bland, in my opinion.
