Pumping can increase size but slowly over time but mainly pumping can have therapeutic benefits. It can improve blood flow and penile health, including erection quality IF USED PROPERLY as in at lower pressure and for shorter amount of times.

I think what someone like Julio or Vlad did was go to higher pressure for longer amount of time. At 7" mid shaft yours is every bit as heavy or heavier than the porn ones, and another good example of why their dick's weight is not a good excuse to be pointing down when hard.

I think anything that damages their penis, doing anything extreme with it, will cause those problems. Some guys in porn also use drugs to get it up for years and that can't be good either. Then, as has been brought up, ligament surgery, which just sounds like a terrible idea.

Oh, & +1 on the African thing. I many Africans have larger flaccid sizes due to coming from a hotter climate, and thus also lower pubic "exit points". NBP studies are a bit problematic due to different levels of fat pad. Measured BP the Middle East is below the West, but NBP it's the other way around.

I agree the western BP is 5.0 likely because of more fat pad. If user was referring to BP then I also agree with 5.5 global average.
