I’ll give Dredd 8.25”. I honestly thought he was longer. Mandingo and Dredd “look” (again—not a fan of this) very similar in length. If you go by the evidence for Mandingo, there’s no chance he was a full legit and consistent 9”.

8.75 isn't impossible for Mandingo but I think he hasn't always been in the best shape so you also have to keep in mind he could vary.

It's not just downward vs 90°, the doll isn't held parallel to the penis, you can see that at the head the legs are behind it. This is similar to those side measurements with the ruler angled down, it can add quite a lot.

TachoBell the problem is that Dredd is not fully erect in those photographs. You can find photographs were his dick is fully erect and he is obviously longer.
