Mikey also didn't suddenly gain a load of body hair and two moles on his belly either. The entire body shape is different. Plus his partner does sometimes model some of the merchandise he promotes, it's not always Mikey.

Fair enough, but still, I've just rewatched one of this videos from this year and it's quite obvious that there are three different people modelling the underwear - the one modelling the black underwear is a hired model that Mikey points out, the second model is Mikey, and then the third person is someone else entirely - even without the notable difference in body hair, there is a distinct difference in the body shape too.
