The magic is gone now in my opinion. The vintage AD from North Carolina was freaking great but like 9 ParaTroopers got caught and were Court Martialed. There was nothing like the "Crossing the Line" series and Dick Flamingo pushing these guys str8 sexual limits to the extreme. Some went on to other sites later on but most I never saw again. WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Seven U.S. soldiers from an elite Airborne division have been charged with "knowingly engaging in sex for money on a public Web site," the Army said Friday.
The website was called "Active Duty.

Three are charged with criminal offenses and face courts-martial, while the other four received nonjudicial punishments, the Army said in a written statement. The charges allege violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
The men appeared on a gay pornography Web site that has a military theme, the Army said.
The site did not mention the Army or the 82nd Airborne, but its domain name lists an address in Fayetteville, North Carolina, which neighbors Fort Bragg, where the 82nd is based.
A disclaimer on the Web site asks users to agree that they are not agents of the government, employees of the Department of Defense, law enforcement officers or reporters.

After a lengthy investigation beginning in January, authorities filed the charges and recommended that all seven men be discharged from the Army for serious misconduct.
Spc. Richard T. Ashley, Pfc. Wesley K. Mitten and Pvt. Kagen B. Mullen -- all from the 2nd Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment -- are scheduled to be court-martialed, the Army said.
The charges against them include pandering, sodomy and "wrongfully engaging in sexual acts with another person while being filmed with the intent of broadcasting the images over the Internet for money." Mullen also is charged with adultery, the Army said.
The other men are accused of underage drinking, drunken driving and adultery.

They received the maximum nonjudicial punishment: They were demoted to privates, confined to their unit's area for 45 days, given 45 days of extra duty and forced to forfeit half their salaries for two months.

The 82nd Airborne is one of the most heralded units in the military. Its 15,000 paratroopers are trained to deploy anywhere in the world within 18 hours. Thousands have served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Seven Ft. Bragg Paratroopers Charged In Porn Investigation

RALEIGH, N.C. — Seven paratroopers at Fort Bragg face serious charges tied to a gay porn Web site. The charges stem from a WRAL investigation of the site, which claimed to have pornographic pictures of military men engaged in sexual acts.
Three of the soldiers face courts-martial on charges of sodomy, pandering and engaging in sex acts for money, according to a statement released by the military.
Four other soldiers received what the military calls nonjudicial punishments.
The Army has recommended that all be discharged.
The charges do not mention the name of the site, but the division had previously been investigating allegations that soldiers appeared on a gay pornography Web site. A spokesman for the division said Friday's charges were a result of that investigation.

The military-themed Web site did not make any direct reference to the division or Fort Bragg.

"As far as we're concerned, it's isolated to the unit, and our investigation determined that these seven individuals were the only ones" involved, said 82nd Airborne spokesman Maj. Thomas Earnhardt.

Steve Ralls, a spokesman for a legal group that helps gays and lesbians in the military, said the charges indicate the soldiers' behavior is "a much more serious matter than just their sexual orientation."

"I'm not going to make excuses for service members who are taking part in sexual conduct for money," said Ralls, who works for the Washington-based Servicemembers Legal Defense Network. "It would be absolutely criminal regardless of whether they were heterosexual or gay."

Earnhardt said the three soldiers charged under military law had been appointed military attorneys, but he said the lawyers would be unavailable for comment on Friday.

The three soldiers who face courts-martial are: Spc. Richard T. Ashley, Pfc. Wesley K. Mitten and Pvt. Kagen B. Mullen. The Army did not release their ages or hometowns, but said all seven paratroopers were members of the 2nd Battalion of the 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment.

An arraignment was scheduled for March 7.

The other four soldiers who received nonjudicial penalties were not identified. Their punishments included reduction to the rank of private, 45 days of restriction to the unit area, 45 days of extra duty and forfeiture of a month's pay.

The military-themed porn Web site is listed as belonging to a Dennis Ashe. WRAL tracked him to his home in the Rayconda subdivision in Fayetteville. Although lights were on in the house, no one answered the door.

One neighbor who didn't want to be identified told WRAL that it isn't unusual to see a heavy volume of traffic in and out of the nearby house. The neighbor said that the visitors ares mostly men, often young soldiers.

The 15,000 paratroopers of the 82nd Airborne are among the Army's most elite soldiers, having volunteered to serve in a unit that trains to deploy anywhere in the world within 18 hours.

The military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy states that "homosexual orientation alone is not a bar to service, but homosexual conduct is incompatible with military service." Service members who violate the policy are removed from the military.
