Mister B&B - Can any host answer?

Just have a question about how one particular aspect of this site functions. I'm looking for any host who has a listing who may be able to answer this for me. Or anyone tbh. I have an account on the site but as a guest. I'm newly signed up so I haven't booked anywhere yet. I have created a profile with a description and some photos and have saved it all and my profile is now visible.
When I log in and view my own profile it tells me that I have had a certain amount (gives a count) of "views".

But views by who? I haven't requested any bookings yet or directly messaged any hosts, so who is looking at my profile at this point? Are hosts able to see that I have visited their listing/profile? Do they get a view count for those who've looked at their listing AND their personal profile or both? And I presume they're looking at me because I have looked at them, which means they are able to see WHO has viewed their lisiting/profile.

And if that's the case, why can't I see who has visited mine? I just get a number count! That doesn't seem fair, and its quite annoying because I'd like to know!

Any hosts out there who can help with this?

from my understanding and use of the site (have quite a bit of experience) there is no way to see who is viewing your listings so i assume this view count is not very accurate and might even be counting times when you looked at your own page

I think they use a social media facet to the site called WE'RE and maybe that is linked. It's pretty private as a site though and no one's identity is public unless they want it to be. Ive been hosting for 7 yrs and it's been a great place.
