He can charge what he wants though and if one person pays $75 instead of 15 paying $5 then it's a little more exclusive for him. He doesn't have to do it at all, and if someone is willing to pay $75 then good for them.

I doubt anyone will answer as the most likely answer is he asked for money I don't have for his nudes. ON LPSG that is the most common reason something is called a scam. When someone feels they were lied to they tend to give a fuller explanation because they have a good reason to be angry
