In some (and by some I mean quite a lot) of what he posted on twitter, you can see a close up of his cumshots and it really is coming from the urethra. The most possible explanation is either it's a rare genetics condition or restricted diet and some PED injection. Still impressive though.

Just seen a random video of him and one of his 'cumshots' pop up whilst browsing, and I burst out laughing. Hyperspermia is a real condition, but you don't shoot comical loads like he does. I've seen scenes from MonstersofJizz that look more legit.

I kinda like the fantasy of it all, being able to shoot nearly endlessly, but he'd probably be extremely dehydrated if he actually came that much each time. So, I don't think it's real either. There's plenty of old vids where men shoot absurd amounts, and I just don't believe it is physiologically possible. That's not to say hyperspermia does not exist, but like cumming that much would cause anyone to pass out each time.
