She's great at her job, her team love working for her and she's constantly being approached by other companies - makes for good leverage in negotiating salary rises. She's a great laugh to be with too - fun loving but hard nosed when it comes to business. When I hear her on the phone sometimes I think who's she turned into - makes me proud though.
