I know what this is. The guy is called Erik Clausen. It is a Danish film on Netflix called 'The Great Day on the Beach'. They're more relaxed about this sort of nudity in family films in Denmark. He's quite a nice daddy. I couldn't get a good cap of it as Netflix blocks screencaps.
