Need an honest answer.

Hello, i wanted to have an honest answer about "penis extenders" and "vacuum pumps".

1-Do they work?
2-If yes, are the gains permanent or temporary?

Im in a serious overweight state but thankfully no diabetes/cholesterol/blood pressure.
Only a bad venous return because of malformed feet (not flat but the arch not enough developed for a correct return).

3-Arent they dangerous? (nerves, vascular issues)

Currently my size is 13 cm/~5.1 inches (Girth) 14.5/~5.5 cm erect (length).
I wouldn't mind any gain on girth or length if that's even possible.
