Video need help finding video id/hot interview bulge clip

i have been searching for hours. no luck.

its basically an interview clip of this asian athlete. i feel like i remember he is either japanese or chinese. and the sport might be baseball if i remember correctly. basically he is getting interviewed but he has a major sexy bulge showing.

i remember it being accessible on youtube back when i watched it. but i cannot locate it anymore and i am usually pretty good at internet searching. (small recollection of the youtube video title and comments being in the athlete's native language; either chinese or japanese. not confirmed though)

havent found it. but yes in the clip he and the interviewer are sitting. they are indoors and he is on the viewer's right side
