To tag someone in a post put the "@" symbol before their username - e.g. @BillM - but bear in mind that person may not want to participate in the thread. @suavelicious
On a side note you'll have to wait at least 24 hours before your Private Messages function is enabled. Once it is active you will see a "Start Conversation" Box appear below your avatar.
Just click the "Start a Conversation" box in any member profile to send a PM.
