Am I the only one with this issue? After orgasming, (sex or masturbation, it’s no difference) I have sleepless nights because I get a rager that lasts for hours and won’t go away. It’s extremely painful and I am concerned it’s not good for long term dick health. It’s so painful masturbating is the last thing I want to do.

I mean night time erections are a normal thing and I frequently wake up hard. I have also had the experience that, after cumming I am back horny again and need a second round, but I have never had a follow-on erection that is painful.

Yes, I have exactly this, though for me it usually only happened when I'd have sex and cum, then continue again without cumming. Would wake up with a hardon that hurts and wouldn't go away in over an hour. Only thing that ever worked to get it down was to masturbate, and that was not pleasant. Hasn't happened to me in 10+ years, but then I've not had sex in that long either.
