No experience with BDSM, how do you start?

So, I've only ever done "vanilla" bondage stuff (handcuffs, being tied up... oh wait, there's actually a pic of that I posted on here, lol) but I'm kinda thinking I want to try the more serious BDSM stuff. More of the dom/sub, roleplaying, humiliation, other related kinky stuff, but have no idea how you start. I'm pretty sure I'd be a sub but don't have experience so don't know anything beyond that.

Anyone have suggestions for a BDSM noob?

Find a Dominant guy who is willing to take on a novice sub. Discuss the things that turn you on and what your boundaries are.

You might enjoy BDSM purely as an arousing pass time (making you a 'play' sub), or you might want a more committed type of role ( "slave").

You might enjoy chatting to other submissive guys/slaves also to see how it works for them.

Remember to be aware of safety. Most guys you meet on the BDSM scene will be decent men, but take time to suss them out a bit before putting yourself in a compromising position.

One thing I would personally advise is that if you meet a Dominant/Master who is into recreational drugs, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

A good Dom is responsible, clear-headed and protective of his subs.

Being in this type relationship or lifestyle can be great.. I got into it kind of fast and things went further than intended . But can be something that may want to stop if gets to painful (spankings.stuff like that )
